A free workshop called Networking the POWE Way is held in Stratford every FIRST MONDAY of the month, with our next occuring on Monday APRIL 12TH, from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Due to Easter Monday the first Monday we have changed it to the second Monday of the month. Delicious, nutritious Fruit Smoothies served for lunch along with fruit and vegetables. Please plan to attend to learn how to use all the benefits of POWE to your full advantage.
